3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information required to execute the project.
  • Any delay in client input may affect the delivery timeline and cost estimates.
  • Clients must review deliverables within the agreed timeframe and provide feedback or approvals accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid as per the payment schedule mentioned in the proposal or contract.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All code, designs, and content developed by Quantapixel Software Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon completion and payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All client data, credentials, and business information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except when required by law.


7. Project Timelines & Revisions

  • All project timelines are estimated and subject to change based on scope, client responsiveness, and unforeseen delays.
  • Reasonable revisions are allowed as per the agreement. Additional changes beyond the scope may incur extra charges.

8. Warranty & Support

  • We provide a limited warranty period (10 days post-delivery) for bug fixing and minor updates.
  • Extended support or maintenance can be availed under a separate agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quantapixel Software Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the developed software or services.


10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to rectify it within a reasonable period.
  • In case of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.


12. Changes to Terms

Quantapixel Software Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
